The Tribe of Ephraim.[a] 1 The allotment for the descendants of Joseph ran from the Jordan by Jericho, east of the waters of Jericho, and ran up into the hill country of Bethel. 2 It went from Bethel (that is, Luz) over to the boundary of the Arkites in Ataroth.
